Members and Non-Members can hire the Pavilion on its own, or the Ground and Pavilion together, the Ground alone can not be hired. Extras such as the Bar and BBQ facilities can also be booked.

Pavilion Hire

• This can be hired at £15 per hour for members and £30 per hour for non-members
• There will be an additional cleaning fee of £50 for members and £75 for non members

The Ground and Pavilion

• For a Game of Cricket WICC will ensure that there is a prepared wicket, and marked boundary line, boundary flags, stumps and bails.
• WICC will not provide balls, kit or scorebooks.
• For Non-members it is £250 , members £150
• The Pavilion is part of the package including the use of the kitchen , changing rooms and showers.
• The Bar is not included in the above fees, see Extras below for bar hire.
• Non Member hires cleaning is included in price.
• Member hires are expected to ensure Pavilion is left in the same condition found.

Extras
The Bar

• "Wet" staffed (WICC supply bar staff) - £15/hour
• "Dry" staffed (Committee Member/official run bar) - no cost

Bar Drink and Snack Prices will be normal bar prices

BBQ Hire

• "Wet" staffed - £40 hire + £15/hour
• "Dry" staffed - £40 hire

Additionally, West Ilsley CC can provide the BBQ food at £5 per Burger and £5 per Hot dog – with a minimum order of 30 items
